Room size is 30-40 sq.m. The maximum number of guests is 2. The cost of extra space is 1000,00 UAH.
Children under 6 years old stay free of charge.
In the room: Sliding bed king size, armchair-transformer, shower, bidet, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, toiletries, slippers, refrigerator, work desk, wardrobe, carpet, flat screen TV, telephone.

3 outdoor swimming pool (2 adult and 1 children)
*In accordance with the decision of the Odessa City Council on 31.01.2019 Tourist Fee introduced in the amount of 1% of the cost of living. Charge is not applicable cost of breakfast and other additional services.

Please note that accommodation and calculations are performed in the hotel according to the following scheme:
Check-in time – 14.00 local time.
Estimated hour – 12.00 local time.
On early arrival and late departure, please inform in advance at reception or the hotel reservations department. These services are paid additionally according to the current tariff and the rules, subject to availability.
Early check-in from 06.00 till 12.00
extra charge of 50% of the daily room rate.
When leaving in the period from 12.00 to 18.00
a payment of 50% of the daily room rate.
When leaving after 18.00
the payment is made in the amount of 100% of the daily room rate.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancel any changes made a guaranteed reservation:
24 hours before the day of arrival the guest
during the «low season» (01/01/21-30/04/21; 01/10/21-31/12/21).
72 hours before the guest’s arrival
during the «high season» (30/04/21 – 30/09/21).
Please note that non-guaranteed reservations may be canceled up to 18:00 (local time) the day before arrival.
In case of late cancellation or “no-show” will be charged a penalty of the first night stay.
